This split quick-change blow mold is a modular high-precision forming tool for the packaging blow molding industry. Developed for mass production and iterative upgrading of hollow plastic containers, it works with food-grade plastic materials including PET and HDPE. It features four core strengths: fast product changeover, high-precision molding, low maintenance costs and excellent equipment compatibility. Widely applied, it manufactures hollow bottles for beverages, edible oil & condiments, daily cosmetics, medical packaging, food containers and other products.Adopting a modular split structure with separate upper and lower mold halves, it improves on traditional integrated clamping designs. Equipped with a combined system of precision locating pins and eccentric locking mechanisms, it delivers unified positioning references and superior closing alignment accuracy. There is no need to remove equipment pressure plates or perform secondary alignment adjustment. A single operator can complete mold assembly, disassembly and product changeover, drastically reducing downtime and boosting the overall utilization rate of injection blow molding units. It is well suited for factories with alternating production of diverse orders.The main mold body is made of national-standard S136 high-corrosion-resistant mirror mold steel, processed via vacuum heat treatment and tempering. The mold cavity reaches the required hardness, offering strong resistance to material corrosion and wear from repeated clamping and opening. The parting surface undergoes high-precision grinding and polishing for excellent sealing performance, completely eliminating flash and material leakage.Built-in bionic circulating closed-loop cooling channels follow the bottle contour to deliver uniform and efficient heat dissipation. This effectively solves common defects such as uneven wall thickness, surface flow lines and forming depressions, ensuring consistent appearance and sealing performance of finished products.Featuring standard universal interfaces, the mold is compatible with mainstream domestic and international blow molding machines including HUSKY, Netstal, KM, SIPA and KATA. It supports bottles with all standard neck sizes: 26mm, 28mm, 2925, 3025 and 38mm.Thanks to the split insert design, worn mold cores and neck inserts can be replaced individually instead of the entire mold, greatly cutting spare parts costs. It accommodates both small-batch customized production and large-scale standardized manufacturing, and is ideal for regular operation in dust-free clean workshops.
